Stone New Builds, Done Properly
A new build faced in natural stone is a different proposition from a standard brick-and-block house — and most general builders treat the stone as an afterthought. We don't. Stonework is our specialism, so a stone new build with us means the facade is coursed, jointed and detailed by people who do it every week, not squeezed in around the rest of the job.
We deliver new builds and self-builds from groundworks up: foundations and drainage with our own plant, structural blockwork, full natural stone facing, and everything through to render and finish. We've built complete stone new builds in the area — including one in Braunton — so we're pricing from experience, not guesswork.
Most of these projects are architect-led, and that's how we like to work: pricing from drawings, building exactly what's been designed, and flagging the practical details early so the project doesn't stall mid-build. If you're at the design stage, getting us involved before tender usually saves money on the stonework specification alone.
